Program and permission

The Recognition Commerce SMS/MMS program covers achievement story questions and personalized artwork follow-ups. Optional promotional messages cover artwork and optional keepsake offers. These permissions are collected through separate, optional, unchecked boxes at our opt-in page. Providing a mobile number without selecting a permission does not authorize texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or free artwork. You can submit your story without a mobile number.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and separately selected promotions. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Recognition Commerce does not charge a subscription fee for texts. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.

Stop and help

Once messaging begins, reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Recognition Commerce texts. You may receive one confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. You may withdraw permission using that contact before messaging begins. No texts are sent by this website upon submission; it records your preferences. Messaging will begin only after provider approval and activation.

Your number and delivery

Use a US mobile number you control and tell us if it changes. Delivery is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or end the program. We will obtain new consent before expanding message purposes.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process data only to support our service. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
