Who we are

Recognition Commerce celebrates personal achievements through artwork concepts and permissioned conversations. Recognition Commerce is our brand name. Florida LLC formation is pending; we do not currently identify the business as an LLC. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you submit a form, we collect your first name, optional achievement story, and the SMS preferences you select. A mobile number is needed only for SMS; if you select neither checkbox, we do not save the number. We use your information to manage your preferences and, after messaging is activated, conduct the conversations you authorized. Promotional messages require their own separate consent.

We retain proof of consent: normalized mobile number, selected permissions, exact disclosure text and version, server timestamp, submission identifier, page URL and source. For security and audit purposes we also record a limited browser description, country if available, and a daily hash of the connecting IP address. Cloudflare may process request information, including your IP address, to host and protect this website.

SMS privacy and sharing

We do not sell or share mobile information, personal information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all marketing sharing. We use service providers only as needed to operate hosting, private storage, and our messaging service. They may process information on our behalf for those purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required.

Storage and access

Form records are stored in a dedicated Recognition Commerce Cloudflare D1 database. Access is restricted to authorized account users; records are not publicly searchable or available through the website. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are installed. We do not set advertising cookies. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We keep consent and suppression evidence while needed to operate the program and demonstrate permission. We review other story records for deletion when no longer needed. You may request access, correction, or deletion using [email protected]. A minimal suppression or consent record may be retained to honor opt-outs or meet legal obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal information or information about children. This form is intended for adults 18 and older.

Opt out and help

Once texts begin, reply STOP to unsubscribe from all Recognition Commerce texts; reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at [email protected] now to withdraw permission or ask questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change. Expanded message purposes require new consent; a policy update does not authorize new kinds of texts.
